SMF Engineering

SMF Engineering Ltd. based in Portlaw, Co. Waterford was established in 1994 by John Buggy and Eoin Coffey. The company specialises in providing precision sheet-metal fabrication services to all sectors.

SMF Engineering has grown considerably in recent years, and due to continued success and expansion currently employs 20 full-time staff supplying sheet-metal fabrication and light engineering services.

In order to continue to improve and upgrade, we have recently expanded into a new facility and invested in state of the art equipment.

Meet The Team

Both Eoin Coffey and John Buggy bring considerable experience to the company. Between them they have over 40 years experience in the sheet metal industry.

Our aim is to build close long-term relationships with all our customers. We deliver personal attention and planning to all our customers, so that each project is carefully managed. We also keep customers up to date on their project as they move through the production process.

SMF always strives to meet the customer's delivery requirements, aims to be flexible so that we can turnaround orders as quickly as possible, even in emergency situations where deadlines may seem impossible.
